Quantum today announced that it  had officially unveiled its Q-NVO™ system and would be conducting its first client presentations in Dubai , followed by sequential worldwide release. 

The Q-NVO™ is a purpose made end-to-end ERP system for the rapidly growing NVOCC  segment. Catering to the growing influence and globalisation of the NVOCC’s, the system is completely web-based and built on the latest technologies (dot NET with Oracle), and would without doubt have a life exceeding 10 years.

The system is highly flexible and configurable; yet, its key attribute is the auto-population of data right across the system, and a tightly interwoven work-flow. This ensures that the using organisation is error free and highly efficient.  

Working with ERP standards, Quantum builds into the Q-NVO™ clarity in the ’’Order to Cash’’(OTC) or ’’Requisition to Payment ’’(RTP) cycles, which coupled with advanced business intelligence and analytics gives upto-the-minute and real-time company status and reports.  

The Q-NVO™ bundles a great many other features, from a complete CRM, a Planning system, a Human Resource module, Contribution Analyses and a Trading (Buy-Sell) module. These are completely integrated with the system, and can be bundled with the core on installation.  

In keeping with its focus to rapidly innovate within Transportation process and technology, Quantum has also built a number of e-features in an integrated web-portal within the Q-NVO™, and features included are direct client enquiry, e-booking, e-invoicing, e-reports, My-NVO pages etc.
